• Perform design and development of equipment and systems, and perform design calculations according to customer specifications.
  
• Write technical submittals, reports regarding mechanical aspect of equipment. Providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales force, and act as technical liaison to the sales team.
  
• Troubleshoot assembly problems and coordinate with quality control.
  
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
  
• Need to Model parts, assemblies, and create detailed drawings using AutoCAD Inventor.
  
• Create new part number set-ups and preparing Bill of Materials.
  
• Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  
• Need to be familiar with pressure vessel regulation standards and certification requirements such as ASME Section VIII Div 1 and Div 2, NR-13, CRN, AS1210, DOSH, GOST, DNV, Lloyds, ABS etc.
  
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Work instructions for the production department.

• Require a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1 year relevant experience.
